I went with Don Young alluminum windows for my house, and was given John's name from the window company after asking for an installer recommendation. John was able to come over for a walk thur a few days later. From there it was emails back and forth as we got the window options straight. After that was settled, I paid the deposit, and then it took a few months for the windows to be manufactured. John sent his installers over, 2 guys, who did a great job. They focused on 1 window at a time, and the install looks very well done. I had 10 windows and a sliding glass door, and that took them pretty much the whole day. They came by around 10am after picking up the windows, and were finished by about 5. And besides a few little things here and there, they cleaned up after themselves pretty well. They let me know that 1 of the windows had a cracked glass, and they made arrangements to get the replacement ordered right away, and then stopped by the next morning to install that one, which took probably less than an hour. After it was all done John came over and inspected the installation. I pointed out some issues with the glass in 1 of the windows, and he got in touch with Don Young to get a replacement for it. So everything worked out well. At the end of the day I am happy with the windows and the installers did a really good job. I am especially happy with the arched windows at the front of my house and the sliding glass door.
